Terms of sale
Version 1.3 · Last updated November 5, 2026
These are the terms for buying an Alea Pro license. The Alea Pro License says how you may use the Product; these terms say how it is sold. Alea Pro is made and sold by Alejandro Vasquez (https://www.alevasquez.dev/).
1. What you buy
You buy a license to use Alea Pro (the Pro components and blocks and the Alea Figma kit, "the Product") under the Alea Pro License. You do not buy the code or the kit themselves, and the copyright stays with the author.
2. Plans and price
- Alea Pro Solo: $199, 1 seat, up to 3 activations of the key.
- Alea Pro Team: $499, up to 5 named seats in the same team, up to 15 activations of the key.
- The price is a one-time payment. There is no subscription.
- A license key never expires.
- Updates of the current major version are free.
Prices are in US dollars (USD).
3. Payment and taxes
Alea Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, calculates and collects taxes at checkout, and sends your invoice. Its terms of sale apply to the purchase. The author never sees your card details.
4. Delivery
After the purchase, Lemon Squeezy emails you your license key. The key gives access to the private registry and the CLI, where the Pro packages and components are delivered. The Figma kit (seven looks and 12 showcase apps) is delivered as .fig files. The Figma kit is included. After your purchase, write to hi@alevasquez.dev and we send you the files the same day. You import them into your own Figma and publish the libraries yourself. See the Alea Pro License for how keys and activations work.
5. Support
Write to hi@alevasquez.dev. Support is given by email and on a best effort basis, with no guaranteed response time.
6. Refunds
The refund policy applies. In short, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying. If a purchase is refunded within that period, your license key is deactivated, you stop using the Alea Pro code and the Figma kit, and you delete your copies.
7. Use of the Product
How you may use the Product, and what you may not do, is set by the Alea Pro License. If these terms and the License differ on how the Product may be used, the License decides. If they differ on the sale (price, payment, refund), these terms and the refund policy decide.
8. No warranty and limit of liability
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, AND THE AUTHOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE LICENSE.
9. Changes
Prices and these terms may change. For existing customers, a change to prices or to these terms takes effect after 5 business days of notice. A change never applies retroactively to a completed purchase. The version and date at the top of this page tell you which text is current, and the change history lists what changed.
